How to access Cali-RP?

1) Download this : https://secure.logmein.com/hamachi.msi
2) Install it.
3) Click on the Power Icon to go online.
4) Click on Network and select Join an existing network.
5) After you do Step 4 type those information :
A) Room name : niceppl
B) Room password : 123
Server IP : 5.181.181.25:7777
And Enjoy playing with us

Sorry for posting here, but is Cali RP dead? I try to find it and see nothing on samp. The server is down and I was just wondering
